Ready-to-ship pieces are inspected, packed, and handed off through the shipping service selected at checkout. Product pages should list any special handling notes before purchase.

Custom request timing
Custom prints are reviewed before work begins. Size, material, color, finish, reference files, quantity, and deadline all affect the quote and schedule.
Printed-part expectations
FDM printed pieces may show minor layer lines, support-contact marks, or small finish variations. Ion3D MFG checks visible faces, fit points, and obvious defects before shipping.
Damage in transit
If an item arrives damaged, send clear photos of the box, packing, and part as soon as possible so the issue can be reviewed against the shipment record.
Returns
Ready-print return eligibility depends on item condition, order details, and the published Shopify policy. Custom work is quoted for a specific requirement and may not be returnable once approved and produced.
